1. Registration ↑

How does online registration work?
To get registered, you are required to complete the registration form available on this website.
Read and understand the information for participants in the REGISTRATION section, click “PARTICIPATE” and fill in all fields marked with asterisk (*).
Wait for the text to appear: “Thank you for your interest in our Forum. The Steering Committee members will contact you soon.”
Registration is deemed successful after you have received a confirmation letter with a link to a personal electronic ticket.
The letter will be sent to the address you specified in the registration form.

Why did I fail to receive a response?
All initiated registrations are reviewed on an individual basis. It may take some time because of the large number of applications and the limit imposed on the number of participants. The Steering Committee may decline your registration without giving reasons, but you will be notified of that by e-mail. Registration forms that miss corporate e-mail address are reviewed last of all. The application offers:
- Detailed agenda with an option of addressing questions to the speaker

- A meeting scheduler
To schedule meetings with a PLUS-Forum delegate, use the mobile application.
To start scheduling meetings, set a time slot convenient for you when you first enter the
“Meetings” section, where you can configure a convenient meetings schedule, invite participants, view
accepted and declined meeting invitations.

What happens upon arrival at the Forum?

The registration procedure upon arrival at the venue:
To receive a Forum participant badge at the registration desk, please present:- admission ticket bearing a unique ID (printed or saved on the gadget)
- Your business card
- After the registration, you will receive a personal badge and information materials of the Forum.

5. Parking ↑

Where and how to park your car?
Rules for vehicle entry, exit and stay in the guest parking:- Parking in the hotel territory is a paying service. Free parking is only offered for the first 15 minutes of the first hour;
- Price: RUB300 per hour for any vehicle (car/truck/bus).

Where can I get a parking pass?
- Day pass for events at the hotel: RUB1000 per day for 1 car (from 07:00 to 23:59), further payments should be made through automatic cash desks (at the Main or Club entrance to the hotel) at an hourly rate of RUB300.
- You should apply for the pass at the Parking Department office reasonably in advance and pay the invoice before the start of the service.

How can I pay for parking?
Parking services charged at a one-time hourly rate should be paid for at automatic cash desks in cash or by credit / payment cards.
The hotel has two automatic cash desks operating 24/7 located at the Main entrance.
A fiscal receipt of a standard form is issued to the guest upon payment for the parking service.
When leaving, the driver inserts the parking card into the exit stand, which reads the payment information, and the parking gate arm opens.
For lost parking cards, compensation is charged in the amount of RUB500 per piece to be paid to the Parking Department against an invoice or through the Parking Department operators at the automatic cash desk (in the evening) + the car stay in the parking lot is paid for at the applicable rate.
6. PLUS-Forum working hours ↑
IMPORTANT! On September 12, from 17:00 to 19:00, in the lobby of the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel & Business Center “early” registration is organized for the convenience of delegates and partners in order to save time on the day of the event.

7. Conference ↑

The Conference languages and interpreting
The Conference languages are Russian and English. If you want to use a simultaneous translation service, receive the equipment at the Conference room entrance.

Where are the Conference Rooms located?
The Conference will be held in two parallel sections in the Big and Writers’ Conference Rooms. Both are located on the second floor of the Business Center. Please see the floor plan in the Forum mobile application and the signs on the site.

Meals at the Forum are included in the delegate package.
A catering area for the Forum delegates and partners will be organized at the venue. - On the evening of September 13, a standing dinner will take place at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel & Business Center.
9. Accommodation ↑

10. After-event activities ↑

Access to presentations
Speakers' presentations allowed for distribution will be available to the delegates who completed the Delegate Questionnaire form in the PLUS-Forum mobile application.
Links to the available presentations and photos will be emailed to the delegate at the address specified in the Questionnaire. -
Photo and video materials
Photos from the event, as well as the summing-up video about the PLUS-Forum, will be posted on the event website within two weeks after the end of the PLUS-Forum.
