4. Independent stand development:

  • How to get accreditation for stand development?

    A third-party stand developer contracted by your company is requested to receive accreditation from Recon International LLC, coordinate the development of your stand and decide upon ordering any additional equipment for the stand, if needed.

5. Rules of equipment pickup / removal

  • When are stands developed / dismantled?

    The equipment for the exhibition is to be delivered, assembled and tuned on September 12, 2023 (Tuesday) from 15:00 to 18:00.

    On September 13, 2023 (Wednesday) no later than 08:00 the stand is to be ready for operation.

    On September 14, 2023, after the last session (from 19:00 to 22:00), dismantling and equipment removal begins.

    The equipment entry and removal is only performed via the Landing Stage.

    Printed materials and some other materials may be brought in through the Club Entrance.

  • What is the capacity and size of the freight elevators?

    The size of the freight elevator used to lift equipment from the Landing Stage to the 2nd floor (banquet rooms) is:

    • ELEVATOR 16: W 1190 mm × D 1600 mm × H 2100 mm
    • ELEVATOR 17: W 1200 mm × D 1500 mm × H 2100 mm

    Maximum load capacity 900 kg.

    Please note that if materials are brought in via the Club Entrance, transportation by elevator is not available.

  • Where and how to park?

    Rules of entry/exit and placement of vehicles at the visitor parking lot:

    • Hotel parking is paid, only the first 15 minutes of the first hour are free.
    • Tariff: 1 hour = 300 rubles for any vehicle (light vehicle/truck/bus)
    • Reservation of parking space:
      • passenger car = 500 rubles/hour
      • truck = 1000 rubles/hour
    • The cost of parking on the territory of the hotel is currently 300 rubles per hour.
    • Mandatory payment for hotel parking applies to all automobiles, including those delivering equipment or other goods to events.
  • Where to get a parking pass?

    Day pass during your event at the hotel: 1 car = 1000 rubles per day (from 07:00 to 23:59), further additional payment through automatic cash desks (at the Main Entrance or Club Entrance) at an hourly rate of 300 rubles/hour.

    Application for passes should be made in advance in the office of the Parking Department and paid by invoice before the start of the service.

  • How can I pay for my parking?

    Payment for parking services at a one-time hourly rate is performed through automatic cash desks by cash or credit/payment cards.

    The hotel features two automatic cash desks at the Main Entrance, which are open 24 hours a day.

    Having paid for the parking lot, the visitor is given a fiscal receipt.

    When leaving the hotel, the driver inserts the parking card into the exit counter, which reads the payment information and the parking barrier opens.

    In case of loss of the parking card, a compensation of 500 rubles/piece is paid to the Parking Department by invoice or through the operators of the Parking Department in the automatic cash desk (in the evening time) + a fee is charged according to the tariff for the time the car stays in the parking lot.

6. How will catering be organized?

A catering zone will be organized at the venue for delegates and forum partners.

7. Internet at the exhibition

Free Wi-Fi network Radisson Meeting with identification by text message or phone call, 20-second commercial, and limited speed up to 1mbit per device.
